Merenda Ltd imports the raw materials for melamine and P.V.C. production in bulk roll format. This comes from well established European producers. In our factory these products are further manufactured into rolls in the lengths and widths required by the market place. The surface finishes are compatible with the surfaces of the commonly used board materials and large stocks for call-off are always on hand.

Melamine Edgebandings:

• Surfaces in – white, colours and a wide variety of woodgrains.
• Widths – Standard 19mm, 22mm, 50mm
• Off Standard Widths – Surcharge applies
• Lengths of Rolls – Preglued – 50mts & 100mts
• Unglued – 200mts & 400mts
• D.I.Y – 2.5mts & 10mts

P.V.C Edgebandings:

• Surfaces in – white, colours and a wide variety of woodgrains.
• Widths – as for Melamine.
• Lengths – dependent on thickness required.
• Thickness – 0.4mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm.

Veneer Edgebanding :

• Made From – the finest selected veneer species.
• Made On – top quality state of the art machinery.
• Standard widths – Generally 20mm, 22mm and 50mm
• Off standard widths as requested by the customer
• Length of rolls to customer requirements.
• Supplies - Preglued & Sanded, Fleeced only & Sanded, Fleeced only, Sanded & Glued.
