Quality Policy

Merenda has modified its Quality focus to reaffirm the responsibility of each employee in maintaining the ethos of quality. Employee responsibility, is the catalyst for the new Merenda quality standard.

Each individual is required to implement quality practices in their own area of responsibility. Making each employee autonomous to enforce quality procedures, shares the burden of responsibility to succeed, with everyone in the organisation.

To make this policy work effectively, training, communication & multi skilling is required to keep the team sharp and focused on the task at hand.

Producing a quality product and maintaining a quality standard requires committed, reliable people. Quality People make quality products. Quality products make an efficient, reliable & respected supplier. Merenda’s Quality policy is an organisation wide responsibility - from production to administration and purchasing to sales.
