Technical Assistance
- Merenda has been producing quality wood veneer products for the last 20 years. We learned from our customers on how best to satisfy their needs. Feedback & communication has been an integral part of our learning curve. We are continually learning and improving, with the customer in mind.
- Prior to commencing production of our profile wrapping veneer, we endeavour to thoroughly investigate the needs and requirements of a customer. We will assess the cross sectional diagram of the mould to be wrapped and then liaise with the customer. When the full detail and specification of the wrapping veneer is established, production will begin.
- Having the right product and making the right product work on your production line are two different things. If you have a question, we can help.
- Merenda are experts in producing wrapping veneers. We specialise in making butt-jointed fixed length strips on a roll. Setup procedures are different for wrapping butt-jointed & finger jointed material. If you require assistance, just give us a call.
- At Merenda, we don’t try to have all the answers all of the time, but we will do our best to answer them most of the time.
